1. Who we are

SOLMONARC ("we", "us") is a UK-based software studio. We provide done-for-you digital systems — websites, automations, AI assistants and related services — to small and medium businesses. For anything in this policy, reach us at hello@solmonarc.com.

2. What we collect

Only what we need. When you submit the audit form or contact us, we collect your name, email, business name and whatever you choose to tell us about your business. If you book a call, our scheduling provider collects the details you enter. We do not use invasive ad-tracking cookies.

3. How we use it

To reply to you, prepare your audit or proposal, deliver work you've asked for, and keep records we're legally required to keep. We do not sell your data. We do not share it except with the processors listed on our Subprocessors page, who act on our instructions.

4. Legal basis (UK GDPR)

We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry and running our studio) and, where relevant, to take steps to enter a contract with you. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it any time.

5. How long we keep it

As long as needed for the purpose we collected it, then deleted. Enquiry and audit data is kept while we're in contact and for a reasonable period after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold on you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@solmonarc.com and we'll act within the timeframe the law requires. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).

7. Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date below. Material changes will be made clear.
