Every tier below represents a commitment: ours to deliver something that closes a real gap, yours to give us the access and clarity to find it. The Audit is free because the work earns its own trust. The advisory hour costs £300 because an hour with someone who has already read your data is worth twenty that haven't.

Reserved studio capacity — design, engineering, and advisory — directed at a single evolving product or platform. We sit alongside your team on a rolling basis: quarterly goals, fortnightly check-ins, a named engineer and designer on every piece of work. Scoped after an initial Build engagement.

FAQ

Money things, plainly.

Why is the audit free?: Because most "free audits" are templates that ask for your email and tell you what you already know. Ours is a live, personalised research run on your actual site. We give the report away because the work is its own demonstration.
Why are the build prices on the page?: Because hidden pricing converts ~2–3× worse than transparent pricing in published 2025 data. Hiding numbers behind a "request a quote" form costs us a working day per prospect and signals we have something to negotiate. We don't.
What if my situation isn't on the menu?: Run the Audit, then book the £300 hour. If we can scope it from the menu above, we will. If we can't — and a specialist suits your case better — we'll tell you who to call.
How do I pay?: Stripe Checkout for the £300 hour. For builds, 50% deposit by Stripe before kickoff, balance on delivery. UK Ltd-to-Ltd invoices on request.
Refunds?: The Hour is non-refundable once the call has taken place. Reschedules with 24h notice are free. Build deposits are non-refundable once work has started; if we don't start within 14 days of payment, we refund.
Who owns the work?: You. IP transfers on full payment. Nothing is locked behind our login. The deployment is one a non-engineer can repeat.
